Pay-As-You-Grow Pricing Model

Millora HV uses a flexible subscription model that grows with your business. You only pay for what you actually use:

  • Assets: Sliding scale pricing ($3.50 → $0.05 per asset as you grow)
  • Users: $5 per active user per month
  • Storage: Auto-scales in 4GB blocks at $8 per block
  • Base Fee: $30/month (waived when you reach 100+ assets)

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. A 10% Goods and Services Tax will be added to your total at billing.

Foundation Partner Code

This code was provided to you as part of our foundation partner program. Don't have one? Contact us to join.

Account Type

Choose "Self-Managed Fleet" if you manage your own vehicles, or "Mechanical Services" if you're a workshop servicing customer assets.

Optional Modules

Select the add-ons you need right now. You can always add or remove modules later from your account settings.

Cost Estimation

The calculator shows your starting cost. Actual billing grows as you add assets and users. Use the pricing calculator link to explore scenarios.

Promo Codes

If you have a promotional discount code, enter it in the optional promo code field. The discount will be applied to your subscription automatically.

Password Security

Your password must be at least 8 characters and include letters, numbers, and special characters for security.

Business Address

This address appears on your account and invoices. Ensure it's accurate for billing and compliance purposes.

Email Verification

After registration, check your email for a verification link. You must verify your email before you can log in.

Billing & Invoices

Monthly invoices are emailed directly to the master administrator (account creator). Payment is simple and flexible via invoice.
