Not Ready to Commit?
Billing runs at the end of each month and you only pay for what you actually use - no upfront fees and no lock-in contracts. If you'd like to explore the platform before signing up, contact us about a complimentary trial month.
Your Details
We collect your name, email, and phone number to set up your account. Your email is used for login and billing unless separate accounts contact details are set in the admin area.
Account Type
Choose "Self-Managed Fleet" if you manage your own vehicles, or "Mechanical Services" if you're a workshop managing customer assets.
Company & Address
Your company name must be unique across the platform. The address is used on your account and invoices, so keep it accurate.
Optional Modules
Add modules you need from day one. You can add or remove them at any time from your account settings - no need to get it perfect now.
Cost Estimation
The live cost estimate shows your minimum starting bill. Costs grow only as you add assets, users, and storage. Hit "View rates" to see the full breakdown.
Password Security
Use at least 8 characters including letters, numbers, and a special character. We recommend a passphrase for something both secure and memorable.
Email Verification
After registering, check your inbox for a verification link. You'll need to verify your email before you can log in.
Billing & Invoices
Monthly invoices go to the registered account holder by default. Set a separate accounts contact in the admin area to redirect billing correspondence.
