To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system or other user accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Data Ownership and Rights

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.

We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

4. Service Functionality and Disclaimer

While the Service offers automated reminders and tracking tools, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of asset information and compliance with legal servicing requirements.

We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in compliance with local regulations or eliminate maintenance-related risks.

5. Availability and Downtime

We strive to provide high availability of our Service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or network issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such downtime.

6. Pricing Structure and Billing

Pay-As-You-Grow Model

Millora HV operates on a flexible, usage-based pricing model. Your monthly subscription cost is calculated based on your actual usage and scales automatically as your organisation grows. There are no fixed tier limits - you pay only for what you use.

Cost Components

Your monthly subscription consists of the following components:

• Base License Fee: $30.00 per month (waived automatically when you reach 100 or more assets)
• Asset Charges: Sliding scale pricing from $3.50 per asset (first asset) down to $0.05 per asset (at 2,000+ assets). The per-asset rate decreases as your fleet grows, rewarding larger operations with lower unit costs.
• User Charges: $5.00 per active user per month. Only users with accounts count toward this total.
• Storage: Storage is provided in 4GB blocks at $8.00 per block per month. Your storage automatically scales to the next block when capacity is reached. Each 4GB block supports approximately 8,000 photos or 40,000 PDF documents.
• Optional Modules: Additional functionality available for monthly fees:
  • Parts Module: $50.00/month - Parts inventory management with stock tracking, movements, and costing
  • Operator App: $39.00/month - Mobile app for operators to report maintenance issues and defects

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly in arrears based on your average usage during the billing period. Your first invoice will reflect your usage from account creation to the end of your first billing cycle.

You can estimate your expected monthly costs at any time using our Pricing Calculator. Your actual billing page within the application provides real-time cost tracking as you add assets and users.

Payment Terms

By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and any associated taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD). A 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added to all subscription costs and will be itemized on your invoice.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes may be applied to your account during registration or at any time through your account settings. Discount terms (percentage, duration, and applicable components) are specified with each promotional code. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with 30 days' notice. Existing customers will be notified via email of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after price changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will end, but we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data if requested within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, missed service reminders, or operational delays.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal and organisational data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or within the application. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
